NEW FEE STRUCTURE FOR ALL BUYERS
J.M. Wood Auction is introducing a new fee structure for all buyers at our auctions, effective December 1, 2013. Both onsite and online buyers will only pay one administrative fee per lot:
• 10% administrative fee on lots selling for 2,500 or less.

• 2.5% administrative fee on lots selling for more than 2,500 (up to a maximum of $750 per lot)
Please note: This fee applies to all purchases whether on-site, online, or by proxy.

REAL ESTATE IS SUBJECT TO 10% BUYERS PREMIUM. PLEASE SEE THE LOT DESCRIPTION FOR FULL TERMS.

In the coming year buyers will see more services at all J.M. Wood Auctions. Including a new website with more pictures and detailed information on every machine, wireless internet stations, mobile apps for bidding, instant auction results, as well as online bidding features to streamline the auction day experience for both onsite and online bidders.

December 4th Auction (Trucks, Forestry & Farm)
**At approximately 10:00 am two simultaneous auction crews will start.

Farm & Forestry Auction
(Starts at 8:00 a.m. under the auction pavilion)

Order of Sale 1 - 101 (Drive-thru)
Order of Sale 600 - 853 (Walk-by)
Walk-by Auction All farm and forestry items that don’t move on their own power. These items consist of log loaders, logging & farm miscellaneous. A bus will pick up customers at the end of the drive thru and move them to the start of the walk-by auction.

Auction Crew 2
Trucks & Trailers
(Starts at 10:00 a.m. under the auction pavilion)

Order of Sale 160 - 444 (Drive-thru)
Order of Sale 445 - 599 (Walk-by)

Drive-Thru Auction: Tri Axle & Tandem Dumps, Roll Off Trucks, Cab & Chassis, Single Axle Dumps, Truck Tractors, Special Trucks, Pickups, Autos

Walk-by Auction: Dump Trailers, Lowboy’s, Drop Deck Trailers, Flatbed Trailers, Van Trailers, wrecked or salvage items and Truck Miscellaneous. A bus will pick up customers at the end of the drive thru and move them to the trailers.

December 5th Auction (Construction Equipment)
Starting at 8:00 a.m. we will begin the drive-thru auction.

Order of Sale 1000 - 1322 (Drive-thru)
Order of Sale 1326 - 1610 (Walk-by)

**A bus will pick up customers on the ramp at the end of the drive thru and move them to the beginning of the contractors miscellaneous.
