All prospective buyers are required to register prior to the Auction, or prior to bidding. All purchases must be paid in full before leaving the auction site. The method of payment is: cash, cashiers check, company or personal check which must be accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing payment to J.M. Wood Auction Company, Inc. All bank letters must be current and addressed to J.M. Wood Auction Co, Inc. All wire transfers require a 25% deposit by cash or cashiers check, today, balance to be wired from your bank to ours within 48 hours from auction date. No credit cards accepted. No individual or group purchases will be removed from auction site until all outstanding amounts are collected. No exceptions to this rule. Note: Should the buyer not honor their contractual obligations this deposit will be forfeited by the buyer.
Must register as previously stated but we will require a refundable deposit of $20,000 US dollars or 20% (US funds) of expected gross purchases, whichever is greater. This deposit must be received by J.M. Wood Auction Co, Inc. prior to bidding. All outstanding amounts will be paid within 72 hours of auction date. There are no exceptions to this rule unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Note: Should the buyer purchase an item and not honor their contractual obligations this deposit will be forfeited by the buyer.
A 2% Internet fee with a cap of $500 per lot will be charged to all purchases. The internet fee is capped at $5,000 for total purchases.

All property sells "as is, where is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. There are no warranties as to the quality, character or condition of any of the items. The implied merchantability is expressly disclaimed. There is no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer shall not be entitled to any adjustment or allowance, damages or any other remedy or claim on the quality, character or condition of any item purchased.
All descriptions and conditions of equipment on this website are believed to be correct and have been conscientiously set forth by the owner. However, neither the owner nor the Auctioneers are responsible for any errors in description or condition. The equipment is available prior to the Auction for inspection. The Buyers Catalog acts as a guide only. The Auctioneer does not guarantee year models or conditions of an item.
The buyer agrees to rely on his personal inspection of the items in the auction. JM Wood Auction Co., Inc. is not responsible for the quality or condition of risk of loss: the buyer assumes full responsibility and assumes risk of loss for all items purchased from the time the Auctioneer says sold to the buyer. The buyer will obtain full liability insurance on all items as required by law.
All equipment must be removed from sale site by the date and time specified. The new owner (Buyer) is responsible for dismantling equipment for transport. Auction personnel will offer reasonable assistance in loading the buyers' equipment. The equipment can only be picked up with a certified haul ticket. Please have your ticket checked at the office if not certified. All items must be removed from the sale site at least two weeks after the auction date, or a per item/per day storage fee of $20.00 will be charged.
Buyer acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Buyers Catalog for the auction and has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth in said catalog.
Buyer acknowledges that the auction site and anywhere the property to be sold is located or displayed is a potentially dangerous place. Heavy equipment is being operated, potentially dangerous materials may be present, electric circuits may be live, and other potential dangers may exist. Every person at the sale site (and other areas where the property is located or displayed) at all times shall be there at their own risk with notice of the conditions of the premises, the activities on the premises, potential conditions of the premises and the conduct of third parties and buyer shall so advise his agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against the Auctioneer, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained or death to any person or persons whomsoever nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. Buyer acknowledges responsibility for any injury or death to any person or persons whomsoever or property damage caused by Buyer, his agents, or his employees. No un-attended children are permitted on the auction yard. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on any of our auction premises.
