Terms of Auction

Registration Terms:  Onsite registration begins at 8:00 AM.  To register you must have certified funds in the amount of $1,600 for each of the parcels 1 thru 13 and $2,500 for each parcel 14 thru 20 and $10,000 for parcels 21 and 22.    The certified funds may be in the form of a cashier’s check, personal or company check with a bank letter of Guaranty.

 

Terms of Sale:

A ten percent (10%) down payment must be made on auction day, with closing and the remaining balance due no later than April 27, 2010.  Parcels 14 thru 20 will be sold with a minimum opening bid per parcel.  Once the highest bid per parcel has been determined we will add the price of the 7 parcels together plus 3% increase to determine the opening bid on the combined parcels 14 thru 20 in its entirety.  (In the event no minimum opening bid is received on a particular parcel 14 thru 20 then the minimum opening bid will be used to determine the combined parcel sum).  If no opening bid is received the parcels will be awarded individually.  Parcels 21 thru 22 will be sold with a minimum opening bid per parcel.  Once the highest bid per tract has been determined we will add the price of the 2 parcels together plus 3% increase to determine an opening bid on the combined parcels 21 and 22 in its entirety.  (In the event no minimum opening bid is received on a particular parcel 21 thru 20 then the minimum opening bid will be used to determine the combined parcel sum).  If no opening bid is received the parcels will be awarded individually.
